Inside the ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. A well-appointed kitchen opens to a delightful dining terrace, the setting for al fresco meals amidst the fragrant surroundings. Two spacious living areas provide ample space for relaxation and gatherings, one with a dining area. The first of seven bedrooms is on the ground floor too - a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

Head upstairs where you'll find two double bedrooms with their own ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. Another staircase leads to two additional double bedrooms, again with their own ensuite bathrooms. For added privacy, a sixth bedroom is housed in an independent annexe, complete with an ensuite bathroom and access to a wooden decked terrace. The seventh bedroom (with a sink only) is located in its own charming 'cabane’.

Ground Floor:
Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with direct access to a covered terrace, where you'll find a built-in barbecue for outdoor cooking. The expansive living and dining area offers a spacious and welcoming atmosphere, with large openings that connect seamlessly to the outdoors. For a cozier ambiance, there is a second living room featuring comfortable leather armchairs and a beautiful stone fireplace. Cellar/laundry room. Guest toilet with a washbasin. Suite 1 - Consists of two single beds measuring 90*200cm, with En-suite shower room, two basins, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. It also features a dressing room, TV and direct access to an outdoor terrace. 

First Floor: Bedroom 2: (double bed 160*200cm), private bathroom with walk-in shower and single washbasin. Suite 3 : (double bed 160*200cm), private bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks, WC. Dressing room. On another Wing of the property facing South and accessible through a stone staircase. Suite "4"  or  Master  : (double bed 160*200cm), private bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a double washbasin. Separate toilets. Office space and dressing room and Air conditioning. Suite “5” : (double bed 160*200cm), private shower room, WC and Air conditioning.  Independent annex with a separate living space and is accessible through its own entrance. This annex boasts direct access to a lovely wooden terrace, providing a private and secluded area for relaxation and enjoyment. Suite 6 It has a double bed (160*200cm), a private bathroom with walk-in shower, single washbasin and separate WC, TV and Air conditioner. Bedroom 7 is located in at the bottom of the garden, offering  a double bedroom (140*200 cm) and a basin, Terrace and Air conditioning.

Outside: The meticulously landscaped garden spans approximately 5000m² and is enclosed for privacy. A private car park. Terraces face south and west. Private Swimming pool, measuring 10 x 4m with three steps, ranges in depth from 1.10 to 1.60m and is equipped with an approved alarm for added safety.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator / freezer. Services Included: Linen, bath and Pool towels ( changed weekly for rentals of two weeks or more),  4 hour maid service per week, end of stay cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor areas and the swimming pool.

Extra Charges: Tourist tax :5.76 Euros per day per person for 18 years old and older.
